Dear Grade 6 Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce that Halsey’s Grade 6 Hoops & Hearts Celebration will take place on Wednesday, February 11, 2026, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the school gym and cafeteria.
Tickets can be purchased on the Halsey school website for $10 per child, plus a $0.75 surcharge. The deadline for purchasing tickets is Friday, February 6, 2026. Please note that no tickets will be sold after this date.
All purchased tickets will be distributed to students during morning homeroom on Wednesday, February 11, 2026.
On the day of the event, students may either leave at the end of the school day and return by 3:00 p.m., or remain in the auditorium under supervision until the event begins. Students who leave at 2:20 p.m. will re-enter the building only through the main entrance. Students attending the event are expected to stay at school from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. At 5:00 p.m., all students will leave through the main entrance.
The afternoon will be filled with music, dancing, and fun activities—including a DJ, photo booth, arts and crafts, games, and activity stations. A light snack and water will be provided to keep the students energized and ready for all the excitement!
