I don’t have my nycstudents.net account.

Go to the following link to learn how to create your nycstudents.net account: https://www.schools.nyc.gov/learning/digital-learning/doe-student-accounts

Your school must give you your username and password for your @nycstudents.net account. Once you have these, you can start signing into DOE applications.

Your school may give you a generic password. If so, we recommend you reset the password yourself, to something unique. This will give you more safety and security. Instructions on how to reset your own password are below.

The best way to start using your DOE account is to sign into TeachHub. From here, you can access all DOE applications with one click, and you only need to sign in once.

How do I access my classes?

1. Go to classroom.google.com.

2. Enter your nycstudents.net email and press next. (Ex. [email protected]

3. In the DOE sign-in page enter your username (the username is only the first part of the email Ex. VSuraci157)

4. Enter your password and press sign-in.

How do I access my email?

1. Go to www.gmail.com.

2. Enter your nycstudents.net email and press next. (Ex. [email protected]

How do I access the Teachhub?

1. Go to https://teachhub.schools.nyc/.

2. Enter your username (the username is only the first part of the email Ex. VSuraci157)

3. Enter your password and press sign-in.

When I try to log in the account says the username or password is incorrect.

When you get to this screen, where it says username you only put in the first part of the email, not the“@nycstudents.net” part.

I am not able to log into the zoom links.

Before clicking on the zoom links, make sure to login to zoom first by following these steps to sign into the zoom app with your nycstudents.net account

Open the zoom app and click

Type in “nycdoe” and press continue

Your web browser will open up with the doe sign-in page, put in your doe credentials and then press sign-in, then on the next page press launch zoom if it doesn’t come up on its own.
