May 1st Lunch Request Form

Our cafeteria and kitchen area are scheduled to undergo renovations on Friday May 1st. On that day, no hot food can be prepared. The NYCDOE will offer the choice of three bagged cold lunches for our students:

Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich
Cheese sandwich
Hummus and crackers

To help our staff prepare the correct number of lunches and reduce food waste that day, we ask families to indicate whether they would like a school lunch, or whether they plan to send their child to school with a lunch from home.

Please note that even if your child brings food from home, they can still have the option for a school lunch. We only ask that you complete this form if you know for certain that on Friday, your child will not want one of the three options above.

To give us adequate time to prepare, please complete the form by Wednesday, April 29th.
