Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place remotely on Thursday November 13, from 1:00-3:00 PM and 4:30-7:30 PM. Students will attend school that day from 8:00 AM to 11:20 AM, which encompass AM Homeroom, Periods 1-4, and PM Homeroom. Please read the following notes related to these conferences, as well as the end of Marking Period 1:
On Thursday November 7th, we will restrict the viewing of MP1 grades while teachers finalize them. They will re-open closer to the date of report card distribution, November 21st. If you have questions about missing assignments, please contact your child’s teacher.
All parents will have the opportunity to sign up for conferences with their child's teachers by visiting https://outlook.office.com/book/[email protected]/ (the link and sign-ups are available now). From there, you can select the teacher and the time that is available that you wish to meet. Fill out the required information and confirm your booking. If you need to book another appointment, you can press "New Booking " and repeat the process.
As the conferences near, teachers will reach out to parents to confirm how they will communicate (video conference or phone call).
Please note that there are only a limited number of time slots per teacher. If you would like to speak to a teacher whose availability does not match yours for that day, please email the teacher directly to set up a time to speak.
