Parent-Teacher Conferences will take place remotely on Thursday November 12th from 1:00-3:00 PM and 4:30-7:30 PM. Students will attend school that day from 8:00 AM to 11:20 AM, which encompass AM Homeroom, Periods 1-4, and PM Homeroom.
Sign-ups will be available at https://tinyurl.com/PTCNOV26 starting at 2:30 PM on Thursday November 5th. Teachers are divided into three groups based on their last names. Once you select a group, you can find a teacher's name using a pull-down list (you can access this pull-down list even as the "loading spinner" icon continues to spin). After selecting a teacher's name, wait for the available times to load, select the time you would like, then complete the requested information. Submit your booking to finalize the process. To book another appointment, press "New Booking" and repeat the process.
You should receive a confirmation email each time you book a time slot. As the conferences near, teachers will reach out to parents to confirm how they will contact parents on the day of the conferences (video conference or phone call).
Please note that there is only a limited amount of time slots per teacher. If you would like to speak to a teacher whose availability does not match yours for that day, please email the teacher directly to set up a time to speak.
